jkpk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jkpk website accessible at https://jkpk.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on jkpk and uses any service offered by the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jkpk Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager, bonus credit, or balance adjustment recorded within a Player's Account.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process jkpk uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jkpk Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jkpk's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the entire agreement between you and jkpk.

Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration; making a deposit; placing a bet or wager; or continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these terms has been published. If you are a minor (under the age of 21) or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal, you must cease use immediately. jkpk reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

Use of the jkpk Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a specific licence that jkpk does not hold.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active jkpk Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jkpk Platform for any reason.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee of jkpk or its affiliated partners.

jkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

To access jkpk's betting and casino services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

Each individual may register only one Account. If jkpk detects that a single person has registered multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — jkpk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses credited to those Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. jkpk will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

jkpk may, at its absolute discretion, refuse to register any applicant without providing a reason. The completion of the registration form does not guarantee that an Account will be opened.

jkpk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though jkpk reserves the right to apply limits to individual Accounts at its discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. jkpk does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the Player's registered identity, the deposit will be reversed and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

jkpk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of jkpk, and jkpk accepts no responsibility for such charges.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in the majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, jkpk's support team is available 24/7 to investigate and resolve the issue. You must not attempt a duplicate deposit before allowing a reasonable time for the original transaction to process.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jkpk does not impose withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed jkpk's KYC identity verification process. This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of payment method ownership. jkpk aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.

Withdrawal requests that meet all conditions are typically processed within one to four hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, national holidays, or where additional security verification is required. jkpk will notify the Player via their registered contact details if a withdrawal requires additional review.

jkpk reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the Player's Account is under investigation. In such cases, jkpk will communicate with the Player to resolve the matter promptly and in accordance with applicable obligations.

jkpk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (including Eid and BPL specials), and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which may include wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real Funds deposited into an Account are wagered first; Bonus Funds are wagered thereafter unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless expressly permitted by jkpk. Attempting to participate in a promotion more than once, or using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

jkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated, any accrued qualifying progress will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and jkpk will act fairly toward Players who were in the process of meeting the promotion's conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on jkpk are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections, stake amounts, and any associated parameters before confirming a transaction. jkpk will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on jkpk's part.

All casino games hosted on the jkpk Platform operate using Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These RNGs are independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. jkpk does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, jkpk will investigate the incident using server-side logs and will make a determination on the outcome of the affected round. In cases where the technical error affected the fairness of the outcome, the round will be voided and the stake returned. jkpk's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets on jkpk — including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by jkpk's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these general Terms, the Sports Betting Rules take precedence for sports-related disputes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jkpk Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and — where required by law — reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Such bets will be voided regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jkpk Platform as a conduit.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider in bad faith where the Player received the services for which payment was made.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another ineligible person in registering an Account.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

All content on the jkpk Platform — including but not limited to the jkpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jkpk or its respective third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any part of the jkpk Platform or its content.

jkpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jkpk processing your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

jkpk applies SSL 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plain text. jkpk will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. jkpk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard at any time without requiring a support request:

• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jkpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jkpk's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jkpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. jkpk will endeavour to restore service as promptly as possible in such circumstances and will communicate planned downtime in advance where feasible.

jkpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where jkpk determines it is appropriate to do so in the interest of the integrity of the Platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting jkpk Support. Upon closure, any Real Funds Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

jkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jkpk will publish the updated Terms on the Platform and update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Where the changes are significant, jkpk will provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the jkpk Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14 above.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jkpk is incorporated as an international platform. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable Bangladeshi law.

jkpk operates as an internationally hosted platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with jkpk Support shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings against jkpk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
